Who am I?

Hi! I’m Rhea, a dedicated therapist with a heart full of empathy and a cup always full of chai. Just like chai brings warmth and comfort, my aim in therapy is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel supported as we work together to navigate life’s challenges and uncover your path to growth. Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship issues, or simply searching for personal clarity, I’m here to walk beside you.

With an M.A. in Applied Psychology (specializing in Clinical Psychology), I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and couples. In addition to my clinical work, I’ve co-authored a book on neurodevelopmental disorders and lead mental health initiatives through my volunteer work with NGOs. These experiences have shaped my problem-solving and leadership skills, which I bring to every session.

Outside of my work, you'll find me with a bottle of chai in hand and animals by my side- constantly reminding me of compassion, unconditional support and the power of  non-verbal communication. I find joy in upcycling old things into something new—much like I aim to help my clients uncover new possibilities within themselves.

My Approach

In sessions, I adopt a client-centred approach rooted in empathy, integrated with evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy, ensuring that our work together is tailored to your unique needs. I’m also queer-affirmative, trauma-informed, and dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space for everyone.

For couples, I offer tools from EFT, Imago Therapy, and the Gottman Method to help you resolve conflicts, rebuild connection, and deepen your understanding of each other. Whether you're facing challenges with intimacy, communication, infidelity, boundaries, value or parenting differences, or just looking to understand each other better, I’m here provide support and guidance in a non-judgmental space.

If you’re looking for a therapist who combines expertise with warmth and sometimes a bit of humour, I’m here to support you on your journey to growth and well-being....

one Cup of T at a time.
